The devices on this page that you receive from us come MDM bypassed, meaning you can use them just like any regular device without restrictions. However, it’s important to note that if you perform a reset on the device, it will relock to the Mobile Device Management (MDM) settings.

In the event that you need to relock the device, we provide a service to do so using our proprietary tool called iMDM-Pro3. This ensures that you have continued access and control over your device without the hassle of MDM limitations.

MDM, or Mobile Device Management, is a system used by organizations to manage and secure devices. Sometimes, when IT staff leave or change roles, they may forget to remove the organization lock from the devices. This can leave these devices stuck and unusable for anyone outside the organization.

Important Note: The only catch is that you should not reset the device. Resetting it will trigger the MDM lock again, making it unusable. If you need to unlock it after a reset, we can assist using our tool, iMDM-Pro3.
